I had braces from another orthodontist over 10 years ago and went into Dr. R & Dr. W for re-treatment on a few teeth that had shifted. What a relief and difference it makes to have an orthodontist who actually explains to you what they're doing and why. They are very knowledgeable and we're able to answer all my questions to quash all my worries about my treatment. The customer service from the office staff is phenomenal as well. I can't wait to have my teeth perfect again thanks to the retreatment!
